HOW DOES IT WORK?

Little Zephyr is a BYO Mobile Tap bar service, which means you supply the alcohol and we

serve it. We bring the bar and equipment needed for your event. Package pricing tailored

specifically to you! Please fill out Booking/Enquiry form and we will respond to you with a

Quote or any additional details you require.

DO WE NEED A COLD ROOM?

Little Zephyr will arrive at your venue at least 1 Hour prior to your event. It is essential your

kegs are ‘pre-cooled’ so unless this has been organised prior with us to store & cool your

kegs, we ask that you are able to have these in a fridge or cold room prior to your event.

HOW MUCH ALCOHOL DO WE NEED?

Don’t worry we have you covered here, we will assist you with how much alcohol to

purchase for your event, and work closely with local suppliers to make this process easy and

carefree for you. On our website we have listed our favourite suppliers & links to order

online. Please ensure you allow time for your Kegs to arrive or be ready before your event

date.

WHERE CAN WE HOLD AN EVENT?

Little Zephyr events operate on Private Venues and Properties, however if you are wanting

your event at a public location, you will be responsible for obtaining relevant permits and

permissions from the Venue or from the Council. This will be discussed prior to locking in

your date.

DO WE NEED TO SOURCE POWER OR WATER?

The caravan is equipped to be off grid and self-sufficient with on board water & power.

However, we will discuss this with you prior &  if extra equipment is required to be run at

your event, we can supply a generator for $80 or we may need access to power.

ACCESSIBILITY

Prior to your event we do need to make sure your access road is accessible with adequate room

available to get 

Little Zephyr & or Morris Ute in position.

CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER

You must have an inclement weather plan. Refunds will not be given if inclement weather impacts

your event, unless such weather event falls within the definition given in Clause 16 in Terms and

conditions. In those instances, the remedy in Clause 16 will apply. Where you wish to cancel or

postpone your Event Date d

CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER

postpone your Event Date due to weather, these will be treated in accordance with our cancellation
