Little Zephyr Events - PACKAGES

Little Zephyr is a ‘dry hire’ Mobile Beverage Service – this means all services and packages listed are not inclusive of the cost of alcohol.

Client is responsible for all alcohol beverage purchases.

Every event is unique, so our package options may vary depending on the number of guests and hours you would like to reserve the bar for -

We also supply 1x RSA attendant within this package to manage kegs, C02 Gas and pour your drinks from Little Zephyr for your event.

PREMIUM POUR

(Above 50 – 80 guests)

Combines both BYOB Package, but with the added bonus of having 2x RSA 

certified and insured attendants to manage and collect glassware and 

pour/primp drinks throughout your event.

For events & Weddings with over 80 guests, the package will be 

personalised to you with additional

staff and equipment required for your event.

Hire of Little Zephyr - Includes 6x Tap Keg Options

Assistance with alcohol Quantities for your event

Set up and Pack down outside of service hours (usually 1 hour prior to event)

Ice for cooling system

Food Grade CO2 gas to pressurize Kegs

Travel to your venue within 25km of Mackay, QLD – additional 

charges outside of this.

Full Glassware (Up to 100 x guests)

Schooner, cocktail, wine, and Tumbler glasses available

Washed and circulated throughout the event – PREMIUM POUR PACKAGE ONLY

2x White market umbrellas

‘Little Morrie’ is included in 8hr+ Packages.

For all other Packages add this onto your event alongside Little Zephyr for $500 ex gst, or for individual hire at $700 ex gst (max 8 hours) additional charges apply.

Little Morrie is a dry hire only pull-out bar with plenty of bench space - comes with a stylish 3m market umbrella
